Every build outlasted the construction.

Alex's first institutional build opened at the University of Pittsburgh in 2008 — a Physician Assistant Program he proposed, modeled, and walked through accreditation as an undergraduate. It still runs today. Same pattern from medicine to lending to AI implementation: identify the gap before others see it, build the bridge, refuse to wait for permission. The AI is the next instrument.
